Custom Ornamental Iron Works occasionally offers a free shipping promotion, this offer is not available all times, the value may also change without notice, certain products may not be used in the free shipping promotion which will be notified to you before your order is processed.

Free shipping is available in Canada and USA, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

Shipments to international locations or expedited shipping will incur additional costs. Currently the only product on customironworks.com that does not qualify for free shipping are full length 20 foot handrails (due to the difficulty in shipping this product). However, customironworks.com reserves the right in its discretion to limit this offer at any time. Some items on our website must be shipped via truck and can not be delivered by UPS or Fedex. Free dock to dock shipping is available for qualifying orders. Additional shipping charges may be incured for residential delivery, lift gate service and inside delivery. If additional charges apply, you will be notified before your order is processed.

Shipping:

Custom Ornamental Iron Works will make every effort to ensure that your order will be shipped to the highest standards of quality. All orders, large and small, are shipped with the same care and attention. Upon receiving your order any damages, overages or shortages must be reported to Custom Ornamental Iron Works within 5 business days of receivng the shipment. (1-866-464-4766 ).

All orders in US Currency will be shipped from our US Head Office. All Canadian Currency orders will be shipped from our Canadian Head Office. Orders placed online or over the phone/fax in Canada/Canadian Currency must be shipped to a Canadian Address. Order placed in USA/US Currency must be shipped to a US address.

Returned Goods:

All returns must be authorized by one of our sales reps and made within 10 business days of delivery or pick-up. Returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking charge – minimum charge for restocking: $50.00. After 10 business days Returns may still be considered but the restocking charge will be increased to 45%. No returns will be accepted on custom work at any time. Any returns must be shipped back to the same location where the products originally were shipped. All products powder coated are a final sale. Cost of returning goods is the customer’s responsibility unless the error is Custom Ornamental Iron Works fault.
